Use refillable water bottles!

If you buy only 1 or 2 items (I prefer dog treats), tell the cashier you don't need a bag.

Take your own bag when you go shopping instead of using a plastic or paper bag.

Say no thank-you to plastic straws.

Recycle food- Compost it! Add your grass clippings and leaves to the compost pile and turn it frequently. Let it compost and then add it to your garden.

Recycling reduces waste sent to landfills and conserves energy.
